Lunch at Da Maria

Da Maria’s weekend lunches are now here. From Friday to Sunday, expect a curated menu of favourites to sit alongside our full à la carte offering.

The menu highlights a selection of Da Maria signatures from 100K, designed for a relaxed afternoon at the table. From calamari Sant’Andrea finished with squid ink, white balsamic and arugula, to burrata with wood-roasted tomatoes and basil. Pastas remain at the heart of the offering, including tonnarelli with sweet lemon butter, prawns and Japanese bottarga, alongside bucatini in a classic fresh tomato sauce and pecorino romano. For something more substantial, the half chicken diavola arrives with cayenne, tangerine and rouille. A selection of spritz, birra and natural wines by the glass complete the offering, bringing a bright and easy rhythm to the long lunch hour.

Da Maria now begins at midday, in the heart of Seminyak.
