Pizzaiolo Marcos Bonotto will be at the forefront of the Pizzeria, where dough tossing, topping adventures and Mickey Mouse shaped pizzas will be made. Da Maria pizzas are naturally fermented for 24hrs, inspired by the neapolitan way.

Parents can unwind and savour a selection of our signature pizzas and pasta specials, starting from just 120k. Da Maria Italo classics are also on offer, Campari Soda on tap and Indonesia’s first pétillant naturel – Lazarus Pulp pouring by the glass for 100k, alongside locally crafted Island Brewing beer.

This Christmas, Da Maria brings the festive spirit to Bali – Italian long-table style. On the 24th and 25th of December, gather your family, your friends, or whoever feels like home and settle in for a feast that’s all about good food, great wine and that unmistakable Da Maria dining experience.⁠

The Christmas specials features fresh Murotsu Bay oysters dressed in salmoriglio, Spaghetto Trafilato alle Vongole with local clams, chilli, garlic, parsley and white wine, a BBQ pork chop with braised apple, radicchio, balsamic and jus, and to finish, cannoli made in-house and filled with sweet whipped ricotta, pistachio, almond and cinnamon.⁠

Halloween returns to INNO. On Wednesday 28th October, Da Maria’s weekly Hip Hop and R&B institution transforms once again for Hip Hop Is Dead Vol. 4. A night where costumes meet classic anthems, familiar faces fill the dancefloor and Wednesdays get a little darker.

Expect the soundtrack you’ve come to know from Azzam, Sanger, Julian and Pablo, taking you from dinner through to late with Hip Hop and R&B spanning generations. Whether you’re dressing up or keeping it understated, this is one of INNO’s biggest nights of the year.
